己烯雌酚片联合妇康片治疗月经不调的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究月经不调患者行己烯雌酚片+妇康片治疗的效果。方法选取2023年2月—2024年2月潍坊市第六人民医院收治的78例月经不调患者为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法分为单一组(行己烯雌酚片治疗)、联合组(在单一组基础上增加妇康片治疗),各39例。比较两组治疗总有效率和复发率、性激素水平、临床指标和不良反应发生情况。结果联合组治疗总有效率为97.44%(38/39),高于单一组的82.05%(32/39),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.014,P=0.025)。联合组复发率低于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组促卵泡成熟激素、黄体生成素水平低于单一组,雌二醇水平高于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,联合组经期恢复时间、月经时间均短于单一组,月经量少于单一组,月经来潮后的疼痛评分低于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论己烯雌酚片联合妇康片的安全性较高,用于月经不调后可达到较好的激素调节效果,帮助患者调节经期和月经量,且对月经不调的复发有较好的预防效果。Objective To explore the effect of diethylstilbestrol tablets+Fukang Tablets in patients with menstrual irregularity.Methods A total of 78 patients with menstrual irregularity admitted to the Sixth People's Hospital of Weifang from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into single group(treated with diethylstilbestrol tablets)and combined group(treated with Fukang Tablets on the basis of single group),with 39 cases in each group.The total effective rate and recurrence rate,sex hormones clinical indicators levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 97.44%(38/39),which was higher than 82.05%(32/39)of the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.014,P=0.025).The recurrence rate of the combined group was lower than that of the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the combined group were lower than those in the single group,and the level of estradiol was higher than that in the single group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the menstrual recovery time and menstrual time in the combined group were shorter than those in the single group,and the menstrual volume was less than that in the single group and pain score after menstruation were lower than those in the single group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Diethylstilbestrol tablets combined with Fukang Tablets have high safety and can achieve good hormone regulation effects after menstrual irregularity,helping patients regulate their menstrual period and menstrual volume,and have a good preventive effect on the recurrence of menstrual irregularitys.
