桡骨远端骨折手术治疗与石膏夹板固定治疗的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究桡骨远端骨折手术治疗与石膏夹板固定治疗的疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2023年7月苏州市吴江区第五人民医院接受治疗的70例桡骨远端骨折患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组行保守复位后石膏夹板固定治疗,对照组行手术治疗。对比两组治疗效果、腕关节功能及并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%(33/35),高于对照组的77.14%(27/35),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.200,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组尺偏角、掌倾角、桡骨茎突丢失高度均优于治疗前,且观察组尺偏角、掌倾角高于对照组,桡骨茎突丢失高度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组并发症发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论手术治疗桡骨远端骨折的效果更佳,更有利于促进患者腕关节功能恢复,且能有效保障治疗安全性。Objective To explore the curative effect of surgical treatment of distal radius fracture and plas⁃ter splint fixation.Methods A total of 70 patients with distal radius fractures who were treated in the Suzhou Wujiang District Fifth People's Hospital from January 2019 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with plaster splint fixation after conservative reduction,and the control group was treated with surgery.The therapeutic effect,wrist function and complications were com⁃pared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.29%(33/35),which was higher than 77.14%(27/35)in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(χ^(2)=4.200,P<0.05).After treatment,the ulnar deviation angle,palmar inclination angle and radial styloid loss height of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the ulnar deviation angle and palmar inclination angle of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the radial styloid loss height was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of surgical treatment of distal radius fractures is better,which is more conducive to promoting the re⁃covery of wrist joint function,and can effectively guarantee the safety of treatment.
