摘 要:目的分析磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)诊断膝关节损伤的价值。方法选取2022年1—12月滕州市工人医院收治的50例疑似膝关节损伤患者为研究对象,所有患者均进行CT与MRI的检查,以关节镜检查为金标准。分析CT、MRI的诊断效能(灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值)。结果关节镜检查结果显示,50疑似膝关节损伤患者中确诊38例。CT显示,阳性40例,阴性10例,误诊8例,漏诊6例。MRI显示,阳性38例,阴性12例,误诊1例,漏诊1例。MRI灵敏度为97.37%(37/38)、特异度为91.67%(11/12)、准确度为96.00%(48/50)、阳性预测值为97.37%(37/38)、阴性预测值为91.67%(11/12),均高于CT的84.21%(32/38)、33.33%(4/12)、72.00%(36/50)、80.00%(32/40)、40.00%(4/10),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.933、8.711、10.714、5.759、6.711,P均<0.05)。结论在膝关节损伤诊断中,MRI的诊断效能高于CT,更利于医师鉴别诊断,提高疾病诊断准确率。Objective To analyze the value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of knee joint injury.Methods A total of 50 patients with suspected knee joint injury admitted to Tengzhou Workers'Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent CT and MRI examinations,with arthroscopy examination as the gold standard.The diagnostic efficacy(sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value)of CT and MRI were analyzed.Results The results of arthroscopy examination showed that 38 cases were diagnosed in 50 suspected knee joint injury patients.CT showed that 40 cases were positive,10 cases were negative,8 cases were misdiagnosed and 6 cases were missed.MRI showed that 38 cases were positive,12 cases were negative,1 case was misdiagnosed and 1 case was missed.MRI sensitivity was 97.37%(37/38),specificity was 91.67%(11/12),accuracy was 96.00%(48/50),positive predictive value was 97.37%(37/38),negative predictive value was 91.67%(11/12),which were higher than that of CT 84.21%(32/38),33.33%(4/12),72.00%(36/50),80.00%(32/40),40.00%(4/10),and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.933,8.711,10.714,5.759,6.711,all P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of knee joint injury,the diagnostic efficiency of MRI is higher than that of CT,which is more conducive to the differential diagnosis of doctors and improves the accuracy of disease diagnosis.
