经阴道超声与经腹部超声联合应用在卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的分析经阴道超声与经腹部超声联合检查在卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤诊断中的价值。方法选取2020年11月—2023年10月江苏省泗洪嘉宝妇产医院收治的119例疑似卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤患者为研究对象,所有患者均行经阴道超声与经腹部超声检查,以病理诊断为金标准,比较不同检查方法的检查结果,并计算诊断效能(灵敏度、特异度、准确度)。结果病理诊断确诊阳性99例,经腹部超声检出真阳性74例,经阴道超声检出真阳性90例,联合检测检出真阳性97例。联合检测诊断的灵敏度为97.98%(97/99)、准确度为96.64%(115/119),均高于经腹超声的74.75%(74/99)、74.79%(89/119)及经阴道超声的90.91%(90/99)、89.08%(106/119),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.339、3.527,P均<0.05)。结论联合经阴道超声与经腹部超声检测卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤的诊断效能高于单项检测,能够为临床提供更加准确、全面的诊断信息。Objective To analyze the value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ovarian mature teratoma.Methods A total of 119 patients with suspected ovarian mature teratoma admitted to Sihong Jiabao Maternity Hospital of Jiangsu Province from November 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.All patients underment transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound examination.The pathological diagnosis was used as the gold standard,the results of different detection methods were compared,and the diagnostic efficacy was calculated.Results A total of 99 cases were diagnosed as positive by pathological diagnosis,74 cases were detected as true positive by trans abdominal ultrasound,90 cases were detected as true positive by transvaginal ultrasound,and 97 cases were detected as true positive by combined detection.The sensitivity and accuracy of combined detection were 97.98%(97/99)and 96.64%(115/119),which were higher than 74.75%(74/99),74.79%(89/119)of transabdominal ultrasound and 90.91%(90/99),89.08%(106/119)of transvaginal ultrasound,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.339,3.527,both P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic efficacy of combined transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound in the detection of mature ovarian teratoma is higher than that of single detection,which can provide more accurate and comprehensive diagnostic information for clinical practice.
