彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断高血压心脏病的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断高血压心脏病的临床价值。方法选取2022年1月—2023年6月赤峰松山医院收治的80例疑似高血压心脏病患者为研究对象。所有患者均进行心电图检查和彩色多普勒超声心动图检查,以临床综合诊断作为金标准,比较两种检查方法的诊断效能。结果临床综合诊断结果显示,80例疑似高血压心脏病患者中阳性50例,阴性30例。彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断特异度为93.33%(28/30)、灵敏度为98.00%(49/50),准确度为96.25%(77/80)、均高于心电图检查的66.67%(20/30)、60.00%(30/50)、62.50%(50/80),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.666、21.760、85.066,P均<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断高血压心脏病的效能高于心电图检查,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with suspected hypertensive heart disease admitted to the Chifeng Songshan Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.All patients were diagnosed by electrocardiogram and color Doppler echocardiography.The clinical comprehensive diagnosis was used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic efficacy of the two methods.Results The results of clinical comprehensive diagnosis showed that there were 50 cases positive and 30 cases negative in 80 patients with suspected hypertensive heart disease.The diagnostic specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of color Doppler echocardiography were 93.33%(28/30),98.00%(49/50)and 96.25%(77/80),which were higher than 66.67%(20/30),60.00%(30/50)and 62.50%(50/80)of electrocardiogram examination,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.666,21.760,85.066,all P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of color Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease is higher than that of electrocardiography,and the clinical application value is higher.
