银翘散合麻杏石甘汤联合中医定向透药疗法治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽风热闭肺证的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨银翘散合麻杏石甘汤联合中医定向透药疗法用于小儿肺炎喘嗽风热闭肺证的治疗效果。方法选取2022年5月—2024年2月邳州市中医院收治的98例小儿肺炎喘嗽风热闭肺证患儿为研究对象,按不同治疗方法分为两组,各49例。对照组行常规治疗(抗感染、对症治疗、化痰止咳),观察组在对照组的基础上行银翘散合麻杏石甘汤联合中医定向透药疗法治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状改善时间和不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为97.96%(48/49),高于对照组的83.67%(41/49),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.405,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的发热、气喘、肺部湿啰音和咳痰的改善时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿肺炎喘嗽风热闭肺证采用银翘散合麻杏石甘汤联合中医定向透药疗法治疗的疗效显著,可有效缩短患儿的症状缓解时间,用药安全性高。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Yinqiao Powder combined with Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional transdrug therapy in children with pneumonia,wheeze and heat blocking lung syndrome of wind-heat blocking lung.Methods A total of 98 children with pneumonia admitted to Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into 49 cases in each group by diferent treatment method.The control group received conventional treatment(anti-infection,symptomatic treatment,eliminating phlegm and relieving cough),and the observation group received Yinqiao Powder combined with Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional transdrug therapy on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficiency,symptom improvement time and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.96%(48/49),which was higher than 83.67%(41/49)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.405,P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement time of fever,asthma,pulmonary moist rales and expectoration in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of Yinqiao Powder combined with Maxing Shigan Decoction,in conjunction with traditional Chinese medicine directional transdrug therapy,has shown significant efficacy in treating of children with pneumonia syndrome of wind-heat blocking lung.It can effectively shorten the symptom re lief time for the children and is highly safe in medication usage.
