温肺止流丹加减联合鼻外红光照射治疗肺气虚寒型变应性鼻炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨温肺止流丹加减联合鼻外红光照射治疗肺气虚寒型变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis, AR)的疗效。方法 回顾性选取2022年2月—2023年2月金湖县中医院耳鼻喉科收治的108例AR患者的临床资料,按治疗方法的不同分为两组。对照组(54例)予以口服枸地氯雷他定片及鼻外红光照射治疗;观察组(54例)在对照组治疗基础上予温肺止流丹加减治疗。比较两组鼻部症状与伴随症状评分、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.30%(52/54),高于对照组的81.48%(44/54),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.237,P<0.05)。观察组鼻部症状与伴随症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 温肺止流丹加减可以显著改善AR患者的鼻塞、鼻痒、流涕、喷嚏症状,全面提升临床疗效。Objective To explore the curative effect of modified Wenfei Zhiliu Dan combined with external nasal red light irradiation on allergic rhinitis(AR)of lung qi deficiency and cold type.Methods The clinical data of 108 patients with AR admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology of Jinhu County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(54 cases)was treated with oral desloratadine citrate disodium tablets and external nasal red light irradiation.The observation group(54 cases)was treated with modified Wenfei Zhiliu Dan on the basis of the control group.The scores of nasal symptoms and accompanying symptoms,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.30%(52/54),which was higher than 81.48%(44/54)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.237,P<0.05).The scores of nasal symptoms and accompanying symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Wenfei Zhiliu Dan can significantly improve the symptoms of nasal congestion,nasal itching,runny nose and sneezing in AR patients,and comprehensively improve the clinical efficacy.
