鲜益母草胶囊联合米非司酮治疗人工流产术后持续性出血的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨人工流产术后持续性出血患者给予鲜益母草胶囊与米非司酮联合治疗的临床效果。方法选取滨州市滨城区人民医院于2021年4月—2023年4月收治的80例人工流产术后持续性出血患者,按照不同治疗方案分为对照组(n=40)和研究组(n=40)。对照组给予米非司酮治疗,研究组给予鲜益母草胶囊联合米非司酮治疗。比较两组临床疗效、月经恢复时间、阴道出血情况、血流动力学指标水平、子宫情况、不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率为97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的77.50%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.600,P<0.05)。研究组月经恢复时间、阴道出血持续时间较对照组更短,阴道出血量更少,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组波动指数、子宫动脉收缩期血流速度、阻力指数均下降,子宫内膜螺旋动脉血流量升高,且研究组上述指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组子宫内膜厚度增厚,子宫容积增加,且研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为5.00%(2/40),低于对照组的22.50%(9/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05)。结论鲜益母草胶囊联合米非司酮应用于人工流产术后持续流血患者治疗中,能够提高治疗效果,缩短月经恢复时间、阴道出血持续时间,减少阴道出血量,改善血流动力学,增加子宫内膜厚度及子宫容积,减少不良反应发生。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Fresh Motherwort Capsule combined with mifepristone in patients with persistent hemorrhage after artificial abortion.Methods A total of 80 patients with persistent hemorrhage after artificial abortion admitted to Binzhou Bincheng District People's Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=40)and study group(n=40)according to different treatment schemes.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the study group was treated with Fresh Motherwort Capsule combined with mifepristone.The clinical efficacy,menstrual recovery time,vaginal bleeding,hemodynamics index level,uterine condition and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 77.50%(31/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.600,P<0.05).The menstrual recovery time and duration of vaginal bleeding in the study group were shorter than that in the control group,and the amount of vaginal bleeding was less,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the fluctuation index,uterine artery systolic blood flow velocity and resistance index of the two groups decreased,and the endometrial spiral artery blood flow increased,and the above indexes of the study group were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness and uterine volume of the two groups increased,and those in the study group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.00%(2/40),which was lower than 22.50%(9/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Fresh Motherwort Capsule and mifepristone in the treatment of patients with continuous bl
