超声引导下关节腔药物注射治疗类风湿性关节炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析类风湿关节炎实施超声引导关节腔药物注射治疗的作用。方法选取2022年12月—2023年12月滕州市中心人民医院收治的98例类风湿性关节炎患者为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方案分为对照组和观察组,各49例,对照组实施常规药物+超短波治疗,观察组实施超声引导关节腔药物注射治疗。比较两组膝关节功能、类风湿因子、治疗有效率、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后1、3、5个月,观察组膝关节功能评分均高于对照组,类风湿因子水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率为95.92%(47/49),高于对照组的79.59%(39/49),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.078,P=0.014)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导关节腔药物注射治疗类风湿性关节炎的应用价值较高,可渐进性地提升患者的关节功能,加快类风湿因子的消除,且安全性较高。Objective To analyze the effect of ultrasound-guided intra-articular drug injection in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 98 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs+ultrashort wave therapy,and the observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided intra-articular drug injection.The knee joint function,rheumatoid factor,treatment efficiency and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results At 1 month,3 months and 5 months after treatment,the knee function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the rheumatoid factor levels were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.92%(47/49),which was higher than 79.59%(39/49)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.078,P=0.014).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided intra-articular drug injection has a high application value in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.which can gradually improve the joint function of patients,accelerate the elimination of rheumatoid factors,and has high safety.
