摘 要:目的分析胫骨平台骨折实施不同手术治疗的价值。方法选取2022年3月—2024年3月中国人民解放军第九〇三医院收治的162例胫骨平台骨折患者为研究对象,根据手术方式分为传统组(112例,传统切开复位内固定手术治疗)、微创组(50例,关节镜辅助微创手术治疗)。比较两组围术期指标、转归情况、膝关节功能优良率。结果微创组切口长度、出血量、骨折愈合时间优于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。微创组关节面塌陷、成角畸形及踝部变宽评分高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。微创组膝关节功能优良率为96.00%(48/50),高于传统组的83.93%(94/112),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.655,P=0.031)。结论关节镜辅助微创手术能提升膝关节功能,改善围术期指标,缩短愈合周期,与传统手术相比优势明显。Objective To analyze the value of different surgical treatments for tibial plateau fractures.Methods A total of 162 patients with tibial plateau fractures admitted to the 903 rd Hospital of the People's Liberation Army of China from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into traditional group(112 cases,traditional open reduction and internal fixation surgery)and minimally invasive group(50 cases,arthroscopic assisted minimally invasive surgery)according to the surgical methods.The perioperative indexes,transfer situation and excellent and good rate of knee joint function were compared between the two groups.Results The incision length,bleeding volume and fracture healing time of the minimally invasive group were better than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of articular surface collapse,angulation deformity and ankle widening in the minimally invasive group were higher than those in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of knee joint function in the minimally invasive group was 96.00%(48/50),which was higher than 83.93%(94/112)in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.655,P=0.031).Conclusion Arthroscopic assisted minimally invasive surgery can improve knee joint function,improve perioperative indicators,and shorten the healing cycle.Compared with traditional surgery,it has obvious advantages.
