摘　　要：目的探究呼吸机在重症急性左心衰竭患者中心应用价值。方法选择2022年10月—2023年10月山东省莘县人民医院收治的60例重症急性左心衰竭患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组采用常规治疗联合呼吸机治疗。比较两组临床相关数据指标、生活质量评分(生理功能、社会功能、精神健康、情感职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康)、血氧指标、临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组舒张压、收缩压、心率、呼吸频率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组酸碱度、氧分压、动脉血氧分压、血氧饱和度、经皮血氧饱和度水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的80.00%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05)。结论采用呼吸机治疗重症急性左心衰竭具有显著的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of ventilator in patients with severe acute left heart failure.Methods From October 2022 to October 2023,a total of 60 patients with severe acute left heart failure admitted to Shenxian People's Hospital of Shandong Province were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with routine combined ventilator treatment.The clinical data indicators,quality of life scores(physiological function,social function,mental health,emotional function,physical pain,overall health),blood oxygen indicators and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,heart rate and respiratory rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the pH,partial pressure of oxygen,arterial oxygen partial pressure,oxygen saturation of blood,percutaneous oxygen saturation of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total treatment effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 80.00%(24/30)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of ventilators for the treatment of severe acute left heart failure has significant clinical application value.
