低强度脉冲超声理疗结合手法复位夹板外固定改善桡骨远端骨折复位后骨愈合及功能恢复的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析低强度脉冲超声理疗结合手法复位夹板外固定对桡骨远端骨折患者复位后骨愈合及功能恢复的影响。方法选取2021年10月—2022年10月甘谷县人民医院收治的94例桡骨远端骨折患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为两组,各47例。对照组采用手法复位夹板外固定治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合低强度脉冲超声理疗。对比两组骨关节恢复优良率、疼痛及肿胀评分、关节活动度及功能评分。结果观察组骨关节恢复优良率为95.74%(45/47),高于对照组的82.98%(39/47),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.029,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组疼痛及肿胀评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组关节活动度(旋前度、旋后度、背伸度、掌曲度、桡偏度)均高于对照组,Gartland-Werley评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在桡骨远端骨折患者中实施低强度脉冲超声理疗结合手法复位夹板外固定,可促进骨关节功能恢复。Objective To analyze the effect of low intensity pulse ultrasound therapy combined with manual reduction splint external fixation on bone healing and functional recovery of patients with distal radius fractures after reduction.Methods A total of 94 patients with distal radius fracture admitted to People's Hospital of Gangu County from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with manual reduction and splint external fixation,while the observation group was treated with combined low intensity pulse ultrasound therapy on the basis of the control group.The excellent and good rate of bone and joint recovery,pain and swelling scores,joint range of motion and functional scores were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of bone and joint recovery in the observation group was 95.74%(45/47),which was higher than 82.98%(39/47)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.029,P<0.05).After treatment,the pain and swelling scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the joint ranges of motion(pronation,supination,dorsal extension,palm curvature,radial deviation)of observation group were higher than those of control group,and the Gartland-Werley score was lower than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Low intensity pulse ultrasound therapy combined with manual reduction splint external fixation can promote the recovery of bone and joint function in patients with distal radius fractures.
