摘　　要：肺癌是我国发生率较高的恶性肿瘤之一,晚期肺癌患者需接受化疗以控制疾病进展,但化疗存在较高的并发症发生风险。我国中医学者提出使用经典疗法—益气养阴法辅助化疗,能提升患者的抗癌能力,降低化疗导致的不良反应,延长生存时间。本文查阅近年文献,对益气养阴法辅助化疗的原理及研究进展进行综述。Lung cancer is one of the malignant tumor with a high incidence in China.Patients with advanced lung cancer need to receive chemotherapy to control the progression of the disease,but chemotherapy has a high risk of complications.Chinese scholars have proposed the use of classical therapy-Yiqi Yangyin method adjuvant chemotherapy to improve patients'anti-cancer ability,reduce the adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy,and prolong its survival time of patients.This article will review the principle and research progress of Yiqi Yangyin adjuvant chemotherapy by consulting the literature in recent years.
