摘　　要：目的探索厦门市社区老年糖尿病患者血糖控制效果的影响因素。方法回顾性选取2021—2023年厦门市纳入基本公共卫生服务健康管理的≥65岁及19150例老年糖尿病患者的临床资料,通过单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析,探索血糖控制效果的影响因素。结果单因素分析显示,是否参与家庭医生签约、饮食习惯和服药依从性与老年糖尿病患者血糖控制效果有关,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析进一步发现,参与家庭医生签约服务和饮食荤素均衡更有利于老年人血糖控制为保护因素(P均<0.05)。结论参与家庭医生签约服务和强化饮食干预更有利于控制血糖,基层社区应充分发挥家庭医生签约团队作用,为老年糖尿病患者开展更精细化、个体化的饮食干预等健康管理,以提高老年糖尿病患者的血糖控制效果。Objective To explore the influencing factors of blood glucose control in elderly diabetic patients in Xiamen community.Methods The clinical data of 19150 elderly diabetic patients aged≥65 years old included in basic public health services and health management in Xiamen from 2021 to 2023 were retrospectively selected.Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors of blood glucose control effect.Results Univariate analysis showed that whether to participate in family doctor signing,eating habits and medication compliance were related to the effect of blood glucose control in elderly diabetic patients,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis further found that participation in family doctor contract services and balanced diet were more conducive to blood glucose control in the elderly as a protective factor(all P<0.05).Conclusion Participating in family doctor contract service and strengthening dietary intervention are more conducive to controlling blood glucose.Grassroots communities should give full play to the role of family doctor contract team,and carry out more refined and individualized dietary intervention and other health management for elderly diabetic patients,so as to improve the blood glucose control effect of elderly diabetic patients.
