摘　　要：名老中医汪何教授治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的经验,突出了辨证施治个性化、整体观,重视肾脾两虚、血瘀湿热的综合调理,通过中药灵活配伍,结合非药物干预,有效控制病情,恢复肾功能,展现中医的独特优势。通过分析名老中医汪何教授临床经验,整合中医典籍与临床案例,采用辨证论治原则,分型施治(如阴虚、气阴两虚、阴阳两虚、湿热、血瘀水停等),结合体质辨识,综合运用济生肾气丸与三芪丹颗粒治疗,总结汪何教授对糖尿病肾病治疗的经验和贡献;为糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者提供更丰富有效的治疗策略。Professor Wang He's experience in the treatment of proteinuria in diabetic nephropathy highlights the indi-vidualized and holistic view of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and attaches importance to the comprehensive conditioning of spleen and kidney deficiency,blood stasis and dampness-heat.Through flexible compatibility of tradi-tional Chinese medicine,combined with non-drug intervention,the disease is effectively controlled,the renal function is restored,and the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine are demonstrated.By analyzing the clinical ex-perience of Professor Wang He,integrating the classics and clinical cases of traditional Chinese medicine,the prin-ciple of syndrome differentiation and treatment is adopted,and the treatment is classified(such as yin deficiency,qi and yin deficiency,yin and yang deficiency,dampness and heat,blood stasis and water stop,etc.),combined with physical identification,the comprehensive use of Jisheng Shenqi Pill and Sanqidan Granules.The article was general-ized the experience and contribution of Professor Wang He in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,in order to pro-vide more abundant and effective treatment strategies for patients with diabetic nephropathy proteinuria.
