利拉鲁肽注射液联合二甲双胍片治疗2型糖尿病伴肥胖患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究在2型糖尿病伴肥胖患者的治疗中,联合应用利拉鲁肽注射液与二甲双胍片的临床疗效。方法选取2022年10月—2024年6月东营市河口区中医院收治的56例2型糖尿病伴肥胖患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为两组,各28例。单一组单用二甲双胍片治疗,联合组在单一组基础上联合应用利拉鲁肽注射液治疗。比较两组血糖指标、肥胖指标、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,联合组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、体重指数、腰围均低于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病伴肥胖患者的治疗中,联合应用利拉鲁肽注射液与二甲双胍片能在获得良好控糖效果的同时,有效降低肥胖指标。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of combined treatment with liraglutide injection and metformin tablets in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity.Methods A total of 56 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity admitted to Dongying City Hekou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,with 28 cases in each group.The single group was treated with metformin tablets alone,and the combined group was treated with liraglutide injection on the basis of the single group.The blood glucose index,obesity index and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,body mass index and waist circumference in the combined group were lower than those in the single group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity,the combined use of liraglutide injection and metformin tablets can achieve good blood sugar control while effectively reducing obesity indicators.
