摘　　要：目的分析瑞格列奈联合谷赖胰岛素治疗糖尿病对其血糖改善情况的影响。方法回顾性选取2022年1月—2024年6月广州中医药大学梅州医院收治的120例糖尿病患者的临床资料,按照不同治疗方法分为观察组(n=60,瑞格列奈联合谷赖胰岛素治疗)及对照组(n=60,瑞格列奈治疗),比较两组餐后2 h血糖(2-hour postprandial blood glucose,2 hPBG)、空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、治疗总有效率及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗90 d后,观察组2 hPBG、FBG均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施瑞格列奈联合谷赖胰岛素治疗糖尿病,可显著改善患者的血糖水平,降低不良反应发生情况,提升整体治疗效率。Objective To analyze the effect of repaglinide combined with insulin glistin on the improvement of blood glucose in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods Clinical data of 120 patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to Meizhou Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2024 were retrospectively selected,and divided into observation group(n=60,repaglinide combined with insulin glistin)and control group(n=60,repaglinide)according to different treatment methods.The two groups were compared for 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG),fasting blood glucose(FBG),total effective rate of treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results After 90 days of treatment,2 hPBG and FBG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of repaglinide combined with insulin glistin in the treatment of diabetes can significantly improve the patients blood glucose levels,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and improve the overall treatment efficiency.
