综合性护理干预在糖尿病足护理中的应用及对焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响评价

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病足(diabetic foot,DF)应用综合性护理的临床价值。方法选取2022年1—9月首都医科大学附属北京康复医院收治的90例DF患者为研究对象,根据不同的护理方法分为两组,对照组(n=45)进行常规护理,观察组(n=45)进行综合性护理。比较两组血糖水平、不良情绪评分、生活质量评分、足部并发症发生情况。结果护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,观察组糖尿病生存质量特异性量表的心理评分、生理评分、社会关系评分、治疗评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组足部并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理可降低DF患者血糖水平,减轻其焦虑、抑郁情绪,减少足部并发症,提升患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the clinical value of comprehensive nursing in diabetic foot(DF).Methods A total of 90 patients with DF admitted to Beijing Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from January to September 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups.The control group(n=45)received routine nursing,and the observation group(n=45)received comprehensive nursing.The blood glucose levels,bad mood scores,quality of life score and foot complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Selfrating Anxiety Scale and Selfrating Depression Scale in the ob-servation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After nursing,the psychological score,physiological score,social relationship score and treatment score of the Diabetes Specific Quality of Life Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidience of foot complication of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can reduce the blood glucose level of DF patients,reduce their anxiety and depression,reduce foot complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.
