探讨棍针拨筋疗法在糖尿病痹症患者中的护理应用

摘　　要：目的探讨在临床护理期间应用棍针拨筋疗法对糖尿病痹症患者预后效果的影响。方法回顾性选取2023年4月—2024年3月广州中医药大学顺德医院附属勒流医院收治的120例糖尿病痹症患者的临床资料。根据不同的护理方式分为两组,各60例,常规组应用常规护理措施,观察组在常规组基础上提供棍针拨筋疗法。对比两组生活质量评分、中医证候积分、疼痛感评分。结果护理前,两组生活质量评分、中医证候积分及疼痛感评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。护理后,观察组生活质量评分、中医证候积分以及疼痛感评分均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论棍针拨筋疗法在糖尿病痹症患者中的应用效果显著,整体疗效突出,可以有效控制患者疾病症状,提高患者生活质量,减轻患者疼痛感。Objective To explore the effect of stick-needle tendon-pulling therapy on the prognosis of patients with diabetic paralysis during clinical nursing.Methods The clinical data of 120 diabetic paralysis patients admitted to Leliu Hospital Affiliated to Shunde Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2023 to March 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into two groups,each with 60 cases.The routine group was treated with routine nursing measures,and the observation group was treated with stick-needle tendon-pulling therapy based on the routine group.The quality of life scores,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and pain scores of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in quality of life scores,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and pain scores between the two groups(all P>0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and pain scores of the observation group were better than those of the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of stick-needle tendon-pulling therapy in patients with diabetic paralysis is remarkable,and the overall curative effect is outstanding,which can effectively control the symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the pain of patients.
