基于ADOPT法的健康管理路径在妊娠期糖尿病护理中的应用与效果评估

摘　　要：目的探讨以ADOPT法为指导的健康管理路径在妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)中的实践效果。方法回顾性选取2021年6月—2023年6月安徽医科大学第二附属医院收治的100例GDM患者的临床资料,按照不同护理方式分为两组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组在常规护理基础上采用ADOPT法为指导的健康管理路径,对比两组血糖水平、负性情绪、应对方式、自我管理能力及并发症发生情况。结果护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组负性情绪、应对方式及自我管理能力评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以ADOPT法为指导的健康管理路径在GDM护理中效果显著,不仅能有效控制患者的血糖水平,优化应对方式,还可以增强患者的心理韧性和自我调控能力,降低妊娠期并发症发生率。Objective To explore the practical effect of health management pathway guided by ADOPT method in gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with GDM admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from June 2021 to June 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given health management path guided by ADOPT method on the basis of routine nursing.The blood glucose level,negative emotion,coping style,self-management ability and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of negative emotion,coping style and self-management ability in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The health management path guided by ADOPT method has a significant effect in GDM nursing.It can not only effectively control the blood glucose level of patients and optimize the coping style,but also enhance the psychological resilience and self-regulation ability of patients and reduce the incidence of complications during pregnancy.
