摘　　要：在近代东西方国际秩序碰撞的过程中,中国与西方主要势力在主权原则、工业革命、殖民主义等问题上产生了概念分歧、思维区别和意象差距,并进一步导致传统东亚秩序之中“理”的“失范”、“利”的“失好”和“力”的“失威”。从内因看,中国及诸多东亚国家未能及时顺应世界大势、未能充分实现发展进步,使得传统东亚天下秩序在与西方列强组成的新兴西欧国际秩序的复杂斗争中从“守势”走向了“失势”。从外因看,尽管近代西方世界内部呈现出较大程度的繁荣稳定,但这却是建立在将广大非西方世界变成充满血与火的“斗兽场”的基础之上,殖民主义的剥削和压迫几乎无孔不入。在国际关系理论中国学派建设的过程中,我们要突破“维也纳束身衣”的思想枷锁,在全新的数字时代更好引领全球治理。In the process of the collision of modern international order between the East and the West, China and the major Western powers have developed conceptual gap, thinking gap, and image gaps on issues such as sovereignty principles, industrial revolution, and colonialism, which further led to the “loss of norm” in li(identity),“loss of good” in li(interests), and “loss of prestige” in li(power) in the traditional East Asian order. From an internal perspective, China and many East Asian countries have failed to adapt to the world trend in a timely manner and have not fully achieved development and progress, resulting in the traditional East Asian world order shifting from a defensive position to a losing position in the complex struggle with the emerging Western European international order composed of Western powers. From an external perspective, although the West has shown a significant degree of prosperity and stability, it is built on the basis of turning the Rest into a arena filled with blood and fire,and the exploitation and oppression of colonialism are almost ubiquitous. In the process of building the Chinese school of International Relations, we need to break through the ideological shackles of the “Vienna straitjacket” and better lead global governance in the new digital era.
