降低大庆XN开发区聚驱注水单耗技术研究与应用

摘  要:为避免聚驱采出液回注水驱区块,增大污水处理难度。XN开发区聚驱与水驱采出液处理后污水分别回注。由于多个区块滚动开发,每个区块都处在不同阶段,随着聚驱的开发规模逐渐变大,平均注水单耗受聚驱注水单耗大的影响,总的注水单耗也呈现上升趋势。分析了聚驱注水单耗高的几方面原因,并从技术和管理等方面给出建议,对降低聚驱注水能耗进行新的探索,推广高压变频调速节能技术年节电量153.30×10^(4)kWh;注水电动机探索应用星轮调速器年节电量184.20×10^(4)kWh;前置、后续水驱系统调节降低注水泵单耗0.47 kWh/m^(3);注水泵减级节电率为11.5%。为今后XN开发区注水系统节能工作提供较明确的思路,对油田其它注水系统优化和节能降耗也具有较好的指导作用。In order to avoid the produced liquid of polycondensation being injected back to waterdriven block and to increase the difficulty of sewage treatment,the sewage of XN development zone is re-injected separately after the produced liquid of polycondensation and water-driven are treated.Due to the rolling development of many blocks,each block is at a different stage.When the development scale of polycondensation gradually becomes larger,the average water injection unit-consumption is greatly affected by the water injection unit consumption of polycondensation,and the total water injection unit consumption also shows an increasing trend.By analyzing several aspects of high water injection unit consumption of polycondensation and giving suggestions from the technique and management,the new exploration has been carried out on reducing the water injection consumption of polycondensation.The annual power saving of energy conservation technology with high-voltage frequency conversion control is 153.30×10^(4) kWh,the annual power saving of water injection motor with exploring and applying starwheel regulator is 184.20×10^(4) kWh,the adjustment of the front and subsequent water flooding system to reduce the unit consumption of water injection pump is 0.47 kWh/m^(3),and the reduction power saving rate of water injection pump is 11.5%,which will provide the ideas for the energy conservation of water injection system in XN development zone in future and will have a better guide on the optimization and energy conservation and reduction consumption of water injection system in oilfield.
