摘 要:目前,国内油气田已陆续采用CCUS技术用于减少温室气体排放,实现企业的清洁化和低碳化。为防止因CO_(2)泄漏造成温室气体效应或人员窒息,采用PHAST软件进行了管道工艺建模,通过文献证实了软件的准确性和可靠性,分析了泄漏孔径、泄漏压力、风速、大气稳定度和泄漏方向等参数变化时,对CO_(2)扩散浓度的影响,并对最不利工况下的扩散范围进行模拟,确定了合理的安全疏散距离。结果表明:不同工况主要影响CO_(2)在下风向的扩散距离,对云团高度和云团宽度的影响不大;CO_(2)的射流角度随泄漏角度的增加而增加,水平泄漏方向下的危害性最大;超临界CO_(2)的最大水平扩散范围为365 m,室内居民应在15 min内完成撤离。研究结果可为CCUS技术的全面推广与应用提供实际参考。At present,the CCUS technology has been successively adopted in domestic oil and gas fields to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and achieve clean and low-carbon enterprises.In order to prevent the greenhouse gas effect or personnel asphyxiation caused by CO_(2)leakage,the PHAST software is used to model the pipeline process.The accuracy and reliability of the software are verified by literature,and the influences of leakage aperture,leakage pressure,wind speed,atmospheric stability,leakage direction and other parameters on the CO_(2)diffusion concentration are analyzed.The diffusion range under the most unfavorable conditions is simulated and the reasonable safe evacuation distance is determined.The results show that different working conditions mainly affect the diffusion distance of CO_(2)downwind,but have little effect on cloud height and cloud width.The jet angle of CO_(2)increases with the increase of leakage angle,and the horizontal leakage direction is the most harmful.The maximum horizontal diffusion range of supercritical CO_(2)is 365 m,and the indoor residents should be evacuated within the 15 minutes.The research results can provide practical reference for the overall popularization and application of CCUS technology.
