摘  要:在系统考量能源体系转型与公园城市建设的基础上,从以人为本、绿色可持续发展以及城市能源安全保障等视角深入探讨了高碳化石能源向零碳可再生能源转轨发展与公园城市建设之间的内在联系,并通过产业转型升级、改变用能方式和转变居民消费理念等进一步剖析了加速其建设的传导机制。此外,厘清了公园城市实现能源转轨发展在高碳化石能源供需比重、高耗能产业转型、能源技术支撑以及制度建设等方面存在的现实问题与复杂挑战。为实现向零碳可再生能源转轨发展,公园城市建设应从优化能源替代与打造绿色能源需求场景、调整产业布局与提升能源利用效率、优化研发资源配置与创新环境、完善示范标准与考核激励等方面协同发力。This paper presents a comprehensive examination of the transformation of energy systems and the construction of Park City,with a focus on exploring the intrinsic link between the transition from high-carbon fossil energy to zero-carbon renewable energy and the development of Park City.This is achieved from the perspective of human-centeredness,green and sustainable development,and urban energy security.The conduction mechanism for accelerating the construction of Park City through the transformation and upgrading of industry,changing the way of energy use,and transforming the concepts of residents'consumption is also considered.Moreover,it illuminates the practical issues and intricate challenges inherent in achieving equilibrium between the supply and demand of high-carbon fossil energy,the transformation of high-energy-consuming industries,the provision of energy technology support,and the construction of institutional frameworks for the realization of energy transition development in Park City.To achieve the development of zero-carbon renewable energy conversion,the construction of Park City should make concerted efforts from optimizing energy substitution and creating green energy demand scenarios,adjusting industrial layout and improving energy use efficiency,optimizing R&D resource allocation and innovation environment,and improving demonstration standards and evaluation incentives.
