引进发展模式下新兴产业绩效与能力关系模型的对比研究——以高铁和新能源汽车产业为例  

Comparative Study on the Relationship Model between Performance and Capability of Emerging Industries under the Introducing of Development Models--Taking the High Speed Rail and New Energy Vehicle Industries as Examples

摘　　要：为探寻引进发展模式下怎样提升产业绩效,提出引进培育能力、引进发展绩效概念,构建产业引进发展绩效与引进培育能力关系模型,并以我国高铁和新能源汽车产业为例进行实证对比。结果表明:引进培育能力对市场绩效影响最大;融资能力对经济绩效影响最大,再创新能力对创新绩效影响最大;再创新能力是提高引进培育能力的最重要因素;创新绩效是提高引进发展绩效的最重要因素。此外,同样采用引进培育方式,不同产业存在显著异质性。目前,高铁产业处于良好发展阶段,需提升融资能力;新能源汽车产业处于一般发展阶段,吸收能力较好,但再创新能力不足。对处于良好发展阶段的新兴产业,提升其市场绩效需增强再创新能力,提升发展绩效需提升整合转化能力。对处于一般发展阶段的新兴产业,提升其市场绩效需增强要素集聚能力,提升发展绩效需提升融资能力。To explore how to improve industrial performance under the introducing and development model,the concepts of capability in introducing and cultivating and introducing and development performance are proposed,and a relationship model between industrial introducting and development performance and capability in introducing and cultivating is constructed.Empirical comparisons are conducted using China's high-speed rail and new energy vehicle industries as examples.The results indicate that the capability in introducing and cultivating has the greatest impact on market performance;Financing capability has the greatest impact on economic performance,while innovation capability has the greatest impact on innovation performance;The capability to innovate again is the most important factor in improving the capability in introducing and cultivating;Innovation performance is the most important factor in improving the performance of introducting and development.In addition,using the same method of introducting and cultivating,there is significant heterogeneity among different industries.At present,the high-speed rail industry is in a good stage of development and needs to improve its financing capability;The new energy vehicle industry is in a general development stage,with good absorption capability,but insufficient innovation capability.For emerging industries in a good stage,improving market performance requires enhancing innovation capabilities,and improving development performance requires enhancing integration and transformation capabilities.For emerging industries in the general stage,improving market performance requires enhancing factor agglomeration capabilities,and improving development performance requires enhancing financing capabilities.
