圆形混匀料场在烧结原料场的设计与应用

摘　　要：圆形料场多用于储存煤,具有占地小、贮量大的优点,但目前国内没有用圆形料场作为混匀料场使用的案例。要想作为混匀料场使用,需要对原始的圆形料场作业方式进行改进。本文根据唐山国堂钢铁公司的实际需要,在场地有限的情况下,设计了一个圆形混匀料场,介绍了圆形混匀料场的国内外现状、组成元素、工作原理及工艺流程,圆形混匀料场的自动控制、节能、环保、安全措施以及圆形混匀料场的应用前景等。Circular material yards are mostly used for storing coal,with the advantages of small footprint and large storage capacity.However,there are currently no cases in China where circular material yards are used as mixing material yards.To be used as a mixing material yard,it is necessary to improve the original circular material yard operation method.This article designs a circular mixing yard based on the actual needs of Tangshan Guotang Iron and Steel Company and limited site conditions.It introduces the current situation,composition elements,working principles,and process flow of the circular mixing yard at home and abroad,as well as the automatic control,energy-saving,environmental protection,safety measures,and application prospects of the circular mixing yard.
