摘　　要：本文介绍了三钢通过对高碳铬磨球钢轧钢工艺关键质控点、表面质量、内部及性能影响因素的控制研究,并投入生产实践。最终成品得到合格低倍组织、高倍组织、表面质量及力学性能,实现高等级合金钢高碳铬磨球钢的成功开发。In this paper,the key quality control points,surface quality,internal and performance influencing factors of high carbon chromium grinding ball steel rolling process are studied and put into production practice by Sansteel.The final product has qualified low-power structure,high-power structure,surface quality and mechanical properties,to achieve the successful development of high-grade alloy steel high carbon chromium grinding ball steel.
