摘 要:本文采用扫描电镜、光学显微镜、化学检测等试验手段,较为系统地分析了DH32高强度船板钢板下表面纵向裂纹缺陷。结果表明:从裂纹的形貌,缺陷处的SiO_(2)、FeO/MnO与硅铝酸盐复合夹杂物以及裂纹处存在的明显脱碳层综合判定该纵向裂纹为发纹缺陷,并指出该裂纹源于冶炼连铸过程中非金属夹杂物带入,顺利地解决了钢板表面纵向裂纹问题,满足了客户的需求。This article systematically analyzed the longitudinal crack defects on the lower surface of DH32 high-strength ship plate steel using experimental methods such as scanning electron microscopy,optical microscopy,and chemical detection.The results showed that based on the morphology of the crack,the SiO_(2),FeO/MnO and aluminosilicate composite inclusions at the defect site,and the obvious decarburization layer at the crack site,it was comprehensively determined that the longitudinal crack was a hairline defect,and it was pointed out that the crack originated from non-metallic inclusions brought in during the smelting and continuous casting process.The problem of longitudinal cracks on the steel plate surface was successfully solved,meeting the customer's needs.
