摘　　要：随着国际局势的变化,恐怖袭击已成为各国治安治理的重中之重。各国反恐力度加大,集团式、组织式恐怖袭击逐渐淡出公众视野,恐怖组织化整为零,取而代之的是独狼式恐怖袭击。驾车冲撞类恐怖袭击作为一种极具代表性的独狼恐怖袭击方式,对国家安全造成了严重威胁。本文通过对驾车冲撞式恐怖袭击进行研究,结合此类恐怖袭击的特点,重点分析论述公安民警在面对此类恐怖袭击时采取何种战术、如何在短时间内完成处置,以最大程度地保护群众的生命及财产安全、维护社会治安秩序。With the change of international situation,terrorist attacks have become the top priority of national security governance.As countries have stepped up efforts to combat terrorism,group-style and organized terrorist attacks have gradually faded from public view,and terrorist groups have broken up into pieces,replaced by lone-wolf terrorist attacks.As a very representative way of lone-wolf terrorist attack,vehicle-ramming terrorist attack poses a serious threat to national security.Based on the study of vehicle-ramming terrorist attacks and the characteristics,this paper focuses on the analysis and discussion of the tactics adopted by the police in the face of such terrorist attacks and how to complete the disposal in a short time,so as to protect the life and property safety of the masses to the greatest extent and maintain social security order.
