摘 要:随着全面深化公安改革工作的持续推进,优化公安系统人力资源配置迫在眉睫。对2024年某省公安系统录用公务员职位信息表的数据进行深入分析,并结合调研结果发现,公安人力资源配置存在结构不完善、基层警力短缺、晋升渠道偏窄等问题。为优化公安系统人力资源配置路径,公安机关应当采用信息化手段完善公安系统人力资源动态配置体系,全面提升公安人才队伍的综合素质,在推进警力资源向公安基层倾斜的同时,突破限制拓宽交流晋升渠道,实现优秀公安人才“进得来”且“留得住”,促进公安系统人力资源可持续发展。With the continuous promotion of the comprehensive deepening of public security reform,it is urgent to optimize the allocation of human resources in the public security system.Based on the in-depth analysis of the data of the civil servant job information table of a certain public security system in 2024,and combined with the investigation results,it is found that the human resources allocation of public security has imperfect structure,shortage of grass-roots police,narrow promotion channels and other current conditions.The public security organs should start from the aspects of raising awareness,adhering to the strict requirements of high standing,updating traditional concepts,etc.,and set up the dynamic allocation system of human resources in the public security system to comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of the public security talent team.At the same time of promoting the tilt of the police force to the grassroots,the public security organs should also improve the communication and promotion channels to achieve the“entry”and“retention”of outstanding public security talents,so as to promote the sustainable development of human resources in the public security system.
