基于计算思维的公安高等教育改革研究

摘　　要：随着时代变迁,计算思维的“三层六维度”能力谱系将成为个体适应智能化时代发展的重要支撑,也是人类个体适应人机协同的重要标志。目前,基于计算思维的探索已经成为新工科和新文科建设的新方向,公安院校作为公安行业人才培养的主阵地,要锚定计算思维影响下新时代新型警务模式对应用型人才的需求,探索公安高等教育新思路,改革公安高等教育新模式,为培养具备计算思维素养和创新能力的公安储备人才源头活水。在公安高等教育改革中要全方位融入计算思维,从改革定位、改革设计与改革实施全过程进行多维探索,为基于计算思维的公安院校高等教育改革构建专业之策,为新时期公安高等教育改革提供可行方案。With the changes of the times,the“three-layer and six-dimensional”capability spectrum of computational thinking will become an important support for whether individuals adapt to the development of the intelligent era,and it is also an important symbol of whether human individuals can adapt to human-machine collaboration.At present,the exploration based on computational thinking has become a new direction for the construction of new engineering and new liberal arts,and public security colleges,as the main position of talent training in the public security industry,should anchor the demand for applied talents in the new era and new policing model under the influence of computational thinking,explore new ideas for public security higher education,reform the new model of public security higher education,and reserve the source of living water for cultivating public security talents with computational thinking literacy and innovation ability.In the reform of public security higher education,it is necessary to integrate computational thinking in all aspects,and carry out multi-dimensional exploration from the whole process of reform positioning,reform design and reform implementation,so as to construct professional strategies for the reform of higher education in public security colleges based on computational thinking,and provide feasible solutions for the reform of public security higher education in the new era.
