改进体位管理预防妇科腹腔镜手术后患者非切口疼痛的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨改进后的体位管理方案应用于妇科腹腔镜手术后患者对于预防非切口疼痛的效果。方法选取2021年8月至2022年8月某医院妇科住院的120例行腹腔镜手术的患者为研究对象,按照入组时间顺序分为对照组和干预组,各60例。对照组采用常规体位护理,干预组在对照组的基础上实施改进的分段式体位管理,比较两组患者术后非切口疼痛部位、疼痛评分及程度、疼痛持续时间。结果干预组妇科腹腔镜手术后患者非切口疼痛的部位数量少于对照组,疼痛评分和疼痛程度低于对照组,疼痛持续时间较对照组缩短,(均P<0.05)。结论改进的体位管理能够切实缓解妇科腹腔镜手术后患者的非切口疼痛,缩短疼痛时间,对于促进妇科腹腔镜手术后患者康复、提高生活质量具有重要临床价值。Objective To explore the application effect of improved body position management in the prevention of non-incision pain after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in the gynecology department of a hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and intervention group in chronological order of enrollment,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received routine postural nursing,while the intervention group implemented improved segmented posture management on the basis of control group.The postoperative non-incision pain site,pain score,pain degrec,and severity,and pain duration were compared between the two groups.Results The number of non-incision pain sites in the intervention group was less than that in the control group,the pain score and pain degree were lower than those in the control group,and the pain duration was shorter than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The improved position management can effectively relieve the non-incision pain and shorten the pain time of the patients after gynecologic laparoscopic surgery,which has important clinical value for promoting the rehabilitation of patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery and improving their quality of life.
