摘 要:为明确伊犁绢蒿(Seriphidium transiliense)种子萌发对不同氮添加水平和干旱胁迫强度的响应,采用培养皿和盆栽两种方法,研究氮添加(0、0.4、0.8、1.2、1.6 g/m^(2))、干旱胁迫(0%、10%、20%PEG和田间持水量80%、60%、40%)及其交互作用对伊犁绢蒿种子萌发的影响。结果表明,两种萌发方式下干旱胁迫均会抑制伊犁绢蒿种子发芽(出苗)和幼苗生长,培养皿中20%PEG处理时种子发芽率、发芽势、幼苗根长、芽长值均较对照显著降低(P<0.05);盆栽中种子出苗率、出苗势、出苗指数以及幼苗根长、苗长随干旱胁迫强度增加呈下降趋势。氮添加不影响盆栽中伊犁绢蒿种子出苗速率,但在1.2 g/m^(2)氮添加时同组干旱胁迫下出苗率、出苗势、出苗指数、根长、苗长显著降低(P<0.05);培养皿中氮添加不影响种子萌发,但随氮添加量增加幼苗根长呈下降趋势,芽长呈先增后降趋势。氮添加和干旱胁迫的交互作用对种子萌发无影响,却增强了干旱胁迫对盆栽中苗生长的抑制作用,此外培养皿中干旱胁迫显著缓解了氮添加对根生长的抑制,10%PEG处理可显著促进芽生长(P<0.05)。In order to clarify the response of Seriphidium transiliense seed germination to different levels of nitrogen addition and drought stress intensity,two methods will be used in this study:Petri dishes and potted plants to investigate the effects of nitrogen addition(0,0.4,0.8,1.2,1.6 g/m^(2))and drought stress(0%,10%,20%PEG and field water capacity of 80%,60%,40%)and their interaction on Seriphidium transiliense seed germination.The results showed that drought stress inhibited seed germination(emergence)and seedling growth of Seriphidium transiliense in both germination modes,and the values of seed germination rate,germination potential,seedling root length,and shoot length were significantly reduced in petri dishes treated with 20%PEG compared with control(P<0.05);seeding emergence rate,emergence potential,emergence index,as well as seedling root length,and shoot length showed a decreasing tendency with the increase of the intensity of drought stress in potted plants.Nitrogen addition did not affect the seedling emergence rate of in potted plants,but the seedling emergence rate,emergence potential,emergence index,root length,and shoot length were significantly reduced at 1.2 g/m^(2)N in the same drought stress group(P<0.05).Nitrogen addition in petri dishes did not affect seed germination,but the root length of the seedlings showed a decreasing trend with the increase of nitrogen addition,and the shoot length showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.The interaction of nitrogen addition and drought stress had no effect on seed germination but enhanced the inhibitory effect of drought stress on shoot growth of seedlings in potted plants.In addition,drought stress in petri dishes significantly mitigated the inhibition of root growth by nitrogen addition,and the 10%PEG treatment also significantly promoted shoot growth(P<0.05).
