摘 要:为解决黄瓜育苗期间弱光条件造成的徒长问题,筛选出最适烯效唑施用浓度。以黄瓜光敏感品种瑞祥密刺和耐弱光品种津顺A4为试材,设正常光照〔500μmol/(m^(2)·s)〕和弱光〔80~100μmol/(m^(2)·s)〕,光周期14 h;待苗龄7 d子叶展开后,叶面喷施5、10、15 mg/L烯效唑,分析弱光条件下不同浓度烯效唑对黄瓜幼苗生长指标和光合特性的影响。结果表明,两个黄瓜品种幼苗生长指标及光合指标的变化趋势相似,在黄瓜苗龄35 d移栽时,叶面喷施5~10 mg/L烯效唑溶液处理与弱光环境下喷施蒸馏水处理相比均可增加黄瓜幼苗的壮苗指数和光合指标,显著降低株高、最大叶面积、地上部的干鲜重(P<0.05);显著增加根长、根鲜重(P<0.05);增加各光合气体交换参数和叶绿素荧光参数。其中喷施5 mg/L烯效唑处理的瑞祥密刺和津顺A4幼苗的壮苗指数分别增加29.73%和16.12%。经隶属函数综合分析,喷施5 mg/L烯效唑处理的综合隶属度排名第一,表明喷施5 mg/L烯效唑溶液对缓解黄瓜幼苗弱光条件下徒长效果最佳。In order to solve the problem of cucumber early spring seedlings caused by low light conditions,the optimum concentration of uniconazole solution was screened to provide a theoretical basis for cucumber yield stabilization and cultivation technology under low light conditions.The cucumber light-sensitive variety Cucumis sativus cv.Ruixiangmici and low light-tolerant variety Cucumis sativus cv.JinshunA4 were used as test materials,and the normal light〔500μmol/(m^(2)·s)〕and solar greenhouse light〔80-100μmol/(m^(2)·s)〕with a photoperiod of 14 h were set.After the cotyledons being unfolded at 7 d of seedling age,foliar sprays were applied with different concentrations of uniconazole,with gradients set at 5,10,and 15 mg/L,respectively to analyze the effects of different treatments on the growth indexes and photosynthetic characteristics of cucumber seedlings under low light conditions.The results showed that the growth index and photosynthetic indexes of the two varieties of cucumber seedlings were similar,and foliar spraying of 5-10 mg/L uniconazole at 7 d of seedling age could increase the seedling index and photosynthetic indexes of the cucumber seedlings in low-light environment at 35 d of seedling age when transplanted,and significantly reduce the plant height,the maximum leaf area,and the dry and fresh weights of the above-ground parts of the plant(P<0.05),and significantly increase the root length,the fresh weight of roots(P<0.05),and the parameters of the photosynthesized gas exchange and the chlorophyll fluorescence.Among them,the seedling sturdiness indices of C.sativus cv.Ruixiangmici and C.sativus cv.JinshunA4 seedlings sprayed with 5 mg/L uniconazole increased by 29.73%and 16.12%,respectively,which were the highest among all the treatment groups.After the comprehensive analysis of the affiliation function,the comprehensive affiliation degree of the sprayed 5 mg/L uniconazole treatment ranked the first,which indicated that the sprayed 5 mg/L uniconazole solution had the best effect on alleviati
