摘  要:为了优化上房沟矿山的生产管理模式,规范作业流程,提升生产作业效率及资源的利用率;针对矿山业务数据链条的打通及应用,部署应用了数字矿山生产执行系统,系统紧密围绕生产计划、生产过程、生产验收三大核心环节,横向整合矿山的数字采矿、自动配矿、门禁管理、地磅称重、卡车调度等多个系统数据,纵向链接企业的三维可视化管控、OA等系统,为管理层提供了实时精确的生产信息。系统在上房沟矿山的成功应用,显著提升了生产效率,有效缩短了生产管理周期,并大幅度减轻了各部门的统计负担,推动了矿山整体管理效能的提升,为资源的高效利用和企业的可持续发展提供了坚实有力的支撑。In order to optimize the production management mode of Shangfanggou Mine,standardize the operation process,improve the production efficiency and resources utilization rate,aiming at the opening and application of the chain of mine business data,the digital mine production execution system is deployed and applied.The system closely focuses on the three core links of production planning,production process and production acceptance,and horizontally integrates the mine's digital mining,automatic ore blending,access control management,weighbridge weighing,truck scheduling and other system data,and vertically links the enterprise's three-dimensional visual management and control,OA and other systems,providing accurate production information for management in real time.The successful application of the system in the Shangfanggou Mine has significantly improved the production efficiency,effectively shortened the production management cycle,and greatly reduced the statistical burden of various departments.It not only greatly promoted the improvement of the overall management efficiency of the mine,but also provided a solid and powerful support for the efficient utilization of resources and the sustainable development of enterprises.
