膨胀剂在充填接顶中的应用研究

摘　　要：为探究膨胀剂对充填体强度以及充填采场接顶效果的影响,采用工业试验、室内试验及建立数学模型等方式对加入膨胀剂前后充填成本、试件强度、接顶率变化规律等进行分析。结果表明:加入膨胀剂后,总充填成本由56.81元/m^(3)增加至57.46元/m^(3);膨胀剂主要作用在前期,并且能够保证充填料浆不沉缩;添加膨胀剂会降低充填体强度,对试块的后期强度影响较大,对试块前期强度的影响较小;通过添加膨胀剂和增加下料点的方式,可以极大幅提高接顶率,为矿山后续开采提供保障。In order to explore the influence of expansion agent on the strength of backfill and the effect of filling stope toppling,industrial experiment,laboratory test and mathematical model are used to analyze the change law of filling cost,specimen strength and toppling rate before and after adding expansion agent.The results show that the total filling cost increased from 56.81 yuan/m^(3) to 57.46 yuan/m^(3) after adding expansion agent.Expansion agent mainly acts in the early stage,and can ensure that the filling slurry does not sink and shrink.The addition of expansion agent will reduce the strength of the backfill,and has great influence on the late strength of the test block,but little influence on the early strength of the test block.By adding expansion agent and increasing the cutting point,the topping rate can be greatly improved to provide guarantee for subsequent mining.
