摘 要:采场结构参数是影响采矿方法应使用效果的关键指标之一,直接影响盘区矿柱回采作业的安全性和技术经济指标。以罗河矿盘区矿柱安全高效回采为研究背景,基于两侧采空区三维激光扫描结果,构建了盘区矿柱空间赋存形态三维模型。针对盘区矿柱两侧矿房边界不规整、赋存高度变化较大及两侧充填体强度高低交错分布的问题,通过FLAC^(3D)软件,模拟计算不同回采长度和高度下两侧充填体应力分布情况,分析了盘区矿柱回采区域和两侧充填体的稳定性。结果表明,两侧充填体所受应力随回采长度和高度的增大而增加,安全系数随着回采参数的增大逐渐降低。确定回采长度30 m、高度25 m为最优回采结构参数。The structural parameters of the stope are one of the key indicators affecting the use effect of the mining method,which directly affect the safety and technical and economic indicators of the panel pillar mining operation.Based on the research background of safe and efficient mining of the pillars in the panel of Luohe Mine,a three-dimensional model of the spatial occurrence of the pillars in the panel was constructed based on the three-dimensional laser scanning results of the goaf on both sides.Aiming at the problems of irregular boundary of ore room on both sides of panel pillar,large change of occurrence height and staggered distribution of strength of filling body on both sides,FLAC^(3D)software was used to simulate and calculate the stress distribution of filling body on both sides under different mining length and height,and the stability of panel pillar mining area and filling body on both sides was analyzed.The results show that the stress of the filling body on both sides increases with the increase of the mining length and height,and the safety factor decreases with the increase of the mining parameters.The optimal mining structure parameters are determined when the mining length is 30 m and the height is 25 m.
