摘 要:针对小断面巷道掘进爆破中电子雷管存在的拒爆问题,系统性分析问题的原因,从事前控制角度对拒爆风险进行评价与预测,从而降低拒爆可能性。采用层次分析法构建小断面巷道掘进爆破电子雷管拒爆原因评价体系,对电子雷管拒爆原因进行分析,得出各影响因素综合权重;并结合模糊综合评价,判断小断面巷道掘进爆破电子雷管拒爆风险等级。结果表明:延期时间设置不合理为主要影响因素,其次是电子雷管自身特性。对实际案例的综合评价结果为Ⅲ级,与该矿巷道电子雷管拒爆实际统计结果相符,证明了该评价方法的有效性。Aiming at the misfire problem of electronic detonator in small section roadway excavation blasting,the causes of the problem are systematically analyzed,and the misfire risk is evaluated and predicted from the perspective of pre-control,so as to reduce the possibility of misfire.The analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the evaluation system of the misfire reason of the electronic detonator in the excavation blasting of small section roadway,and the misfire reason of the electronic detonator is analyzed,and the comprehensive weight of each influencing factor is obtained.Combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the risk level of electronic detonator misfire in small section roadway excavation blasting is judged.The results show that the unreasonable setting of the delay time is the main influencing factor,followed by the characteristics of the electronic detonator itself.The comprehensive evaluation result of the actual case is Grade III,which is consistent with the actual statistical results of the electronic detonator misfire in the mine roadway,which proves the effectiveness of the evaluation method.
