摘 要:为研究难爆硬岩台车掘进爆破掏槽布孔参数对爆破效果的影响,采用有限元数值计算的方法对不同类型掏槽孔的掏槽效果进行研究。通过分析不同模型槽腔尺寸获得最优掏槽布孔方案,并在小汪沟铁矿开展台车掘进爆破现场试验,通过分析残孔长度和掘进进尺指标,验证数值模拟结果。研究表明:提高掏槽装药量能够提升掏槽效果,但是提升程度有限;合理的空孔面积能使掏槽空腔达到最大值。小汪沟铁矿掏槽爆破空孔面积占掏槽区域面积至少为36%时,掏槽区域基本全部破碎抛出,形成槽腔空间。经过在小汪沟铁矿开展现场试验,验证了数值模拟结果的正确性,基于最佳掏槽方案,试验炮孔利用率达到93%以上,每循环进尺达到约3.3 m。In order to study the influence of cutting hole parameters on blasting effect in tunneling blasting of difficult-to-blast hard rock jumbo,the cutting effect of different types of cutting holes was studied by finite element numerical calculation.By analyzing the cavity size of different models,the optimal cutting hole layout scheme is obtained,and the field test of trolley excavation blasting is carried out in Xiaowanggou Iron Mine.The numerical simulation results are verified by analyzing the residual hole length and excavation footage index.The research shows that increasing the amount of cutting charge can improve the cutting effect,but the degree of improvement is limited.Reasonable empty hole area can make the cutting cavity reach the maximum value.When the empty hole area of cutting blasting in Xiaowanggou Iron Mine accounts for at least 36%of the area of the cutting area,the cutting area is basically all broken and thrown out to form the cavity space.Through the field test in Xiaowanggou Iron Mine,the correctness of the numerical simulation results is verified.The utilization rate of the blast hole is more than 93%by using the best cutting scheme,and the footage per cycle is about 3.3 m.
