摘 要:尾矿浆的沉积固结特性对于尾矿库底部隔水层的隔水性能具有重要影响。为探究龙山铝矿排泥库尾矿浆的沉积固结规律,利用沉积柱试验,对尾矿泥浆沉积固结随时间的变化特征展开研究。通过室内高压固结试验,分析泥浆孔隙比随应力的变化关系以及密度随应力的变化关系。试验结果表明,尾矿浆的沉积过程大致分为3个阶段:快速沉积阶段、缓慢沉积阶段、沉积固结阶段;泥浆的孔隙比及密度在应力为0~300 kPa时变化较大,而超过该范围变化幅度降低,整个过程表现为非线性变化。通过计算拟合出密度随深度变化的计算公式,为相关工程提供数据参考。The sedimentary consolidation characteristics of tailings slurry have an important influence on the water-resisting performance of the aquifuge at the bottom of tailings pond.In order to explore the sedimentary consolidation law of tailings slurry in Longshan Aluminum Mine,the variation characteristics of sedimentary consolidation of tailings slurry with time are studied by using sedimentary column test.Through the indoor high-pressure consolidation test,the relationship between the pore ratio of the slurry and the stress and the relationship between the density and the stress are analyzed.The test results show that the deposition process of tailings slurry can be divided into three stages:rapid deposition stage,slow deposition stage and deposition consolidation stage.The void ratio and density of the slurry change greatly when the stress is 0-300 kPa,and the change range decreases beyond this range,and the whole process shows a nonlinear change.The calculation formula of density changing with depth is fitted by calculation,which provides data reference for related projects.
