摘 要:为了解决某煤矿近距离煤层重复采动下巷道变形严重以及围岩控制困难等问题,根据矿井生产地质条件,采用FLAC^(3D)建立数值模型,对巷道受重复采动影响进行数值模拟。绘制回风巷及煤柱顶板垂直应力变化曲线,结合巷道围岩实际变形情况,分析重复采动下工作面回风巷的应力变化规律和围岩变形机制。护巷煤柱受多次采掘活动的影响是非对称性的,重复采动叠加会导致围岩破坏更为严重。实践证明,对护巷煤柱采取有针对性的注浆锚索加固后,巷道围岩变形和顶帮部位移量均大幅降低,能够保证巷道施工安全。In order to solve the problems of serious deformation of roadway and difficult control of surrounding rock stability under repeated mining of close coal seams in a coal mine,according to the geological conditions of mine production,a numerical model is established by FLAC^(3D) to simulate the influence of repeated mining on roadway.The vertical stress variation curves of the return airway and the coal pillar roof is drawn.Combined with the actual deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway,the stress variation law and the surrounding rock deformation mechanism of the return airway of the working face under repeated mining are analyzed.The influence of multiple mining activities on the coal pillar of roadway protection is asymmetric,and the superposition of repeated mining will lead to more serious damage to the surrounding rock.Practice has proved that after the targeted grouting anchor cable reinforcement is adopted for the coal pillar of the roadway,the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway and the displacement of the top and side parts are greatly reduced,which can ensure the safety of the roadway construction.
