摘 要:黄陵矿业主采的2~#煤层厚度大,按照原设计需留设25 m的区段保护煤柱,浪费了大量煤炭资源。为提高资源回收率,提出采用预裂切顶的方式实现无煤柱开采。综合采用理论分析、数值模拟及工程类比的方法,设计了合理的预裂爆破参数,并在黄陵矿业1009工作面进行了现场试验。试验结果显示:当预裂切顶高度为16 m,与竖直方向夹角为15°时,工作面回采后采空区顶板岩层在滞后工作面5~10 m,即可垮落充填采空区,在工字钢及金属网的侧向约束作用下形成沿空巷道的新巷帮。通过对沿空巷道围岩进行现场监测,发现在滞后工作面160 m后巷道围岩基本趋于稳定状态,其中顶底板移近量最大值为159.7 mm,两帮移近量最大值为98.6 mm,可以满足下一工作面的使用要求。The main coal seam of Huangling Mining is the 2#coal seam,which has a large thickness.According to the original design,a 25 m section protection coal pillar needs to be left,which wastes a lot of coal resources.To improve the recovery rate,it is proposed to adopt the method of pre splitting and roof cutting to achieve pillar free mining.A reasonable presplitting blasting parameters were designed using theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and engineering analogy methods,and on-site tests were conducted at the 1009 working face of Huangling Mining.The on-site test results show that when the presplitting cutting height is 16m and the angle with the vertical direction is 15°,the roof rock layer of the goaf can collapse and fill the goaf after the mining face lags behind the working face by 5~10 m.Under the lateral restraint of I beam and metal mesh,a new roadway side of gob-side entry is formed.Through on-site monitoring of the deformation of the surrounding rock of the goaf roadway,it was found that after a lag of 160 m in the working face,the surrounding rock of the roadway tended to stabilize.The maximum displacement of the top and bottom plates was 159.7 mm,and the maximum displacement of the two sides was 98.6 mm,which can meet the requirements of the next working face.
