摘 要:为查明某锂辉石精矿在浸出过程中Li浸出率低的原因,采用电子显微镜、AMICS矿物分析仪、X射线衍射分析仪等手段进行了工艺矿物学研究。结果表明:试样中主要有价元素为Li,Li_(2)O含量为6.520%,主要赋存矿物为锂辉石和锂磷铝石;含锂矿物嵌布粒度细微,常与钠长石、黑云母呈胶结物包裹紧密连生形成团聚体,是锂辉石矿浸出率低的主要原因;而锂磷铝石本身浸出较锂辉石困难,且锂磷铝石多与钠长石、磷灰石和伊利石相互浸染,导致单体解离度低,降低了试样浸出率。建议对前期锂辉石精矿进行分散预处理,浸出工序采取振动搅拌等措施强化浸出过程。In order to find out the reason for the low leaching rate of Li in the leaching process of a spodumene concentrate,the process mineralogy properties are studied by means of electron microscope,AMICS mineral analyzer and X-ray diffraction analyzer.The results show that the main valuable element in the sample is Li,the content of Li2O is 6.520%,and the main minerals are spodumene and amblygonite.The lithium-containing minerals are fine embedded and often closely connected with albite and biotite in form of aggregates,which is the main reason for the low leaching rate of spodumene.The leaching of amblygonite itself is more difficult than that of apatite,and amblygonite is mostly disseminated with albite,apatite and illite,resulting in low monomer dissociation,which is another factor of low leaching rate of the sample.It is suggested that the dispersion pretreatment of spodumene concentrate in the early stage should be carried out,and the leaching process should be strengthened by vibration stirring and other measures.
