摘  要:某高氧化钼矿浮选尾矿伴生低品位磁铁矿,在回收磁铁矿过程中难以获得铁品位62%以上的铁精矿。为解决铁精矿品位偏低和实现该尾矿中其他有用矿物的综合回收,采用化学分析、显微镜下分析和MLA分析等方法对该高氧化钼矿浮选尾矿进行了工艺矿物学研究。结果表明:试样中铁品位为10.96%,钨品位为0.049%,钼品位为0.043%,硫品位为1.19%,铁主要以磁铁矿的形式存在,钨主要以高钼白钨矿的形式存在,钼主要以辉钼矿形式存在,硫主要以黄铁矿形式存在;磁铁矿、含钼白钨矿、辉钼矿和黄铁矿大部分以微细粒形式浸染分布在脉石中;铁精矿品位低主要原因是磁铁矿解离程度差,部分与脉石连生或包裹于脉石中。因此,现场需提高再磨细度来提高铁精矿品位。The flotation tailings of a high molybdenum oxide ore are associated with low-grade magnetite,and it is difficult to obtain iron concentrate with iron grade of more than 62%in the process of recovering magnetite.In order to solve the low grade of iron concentrate and realize the comprehensive recovery of other useful minerals in the tailings,the process mineralogy of the flotation tailings of high molybdenum oxide ore was studied by chemical analysis,microscopic analysis and MLA analysis.The results show that the iron grade in the sample is 10.96%,the tungsten grade is 0.049%,the molybdenum grade is 0.043%,and the sulfur grade is 1.19%.Iron mainly exists in the form of magnetite,tungsten mainly exists in the form of high molybdenum scheelite,molybdenum mainly exists in the form of molybdenite,and sulfur mainly exists in the form of pyrite.Magnetite,molybdenum-bearing scheelite,molybdenite and pyrite are mostly disseminated in the gangue in form of fine particles.The main reason for the low grade of iron concentrate is the poor dissociation degree of magnetite,which is partially associated with or wrapped in gangue.it is necessary to improve the regrinding fineness.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the regrinding fineness to improve the iron concentrate grade on site.
