助滤剂降低铁精矿滤饼水分的试验研究

摘  要:随着安徽某选厂铁精矿粒度越来越细,矿浆中大量细粒的矿物在过滤环节容易堵塞过滤板孔隙,导致过滤难度增加。在实验室采用自制的陶瓷板真空抽滤装置,研究助滤剂对滤饼水分的影响。在自行配制的多种助滤剂中进行筛选,最终确定将KY1、硅藻土、三聚磷酸钠按6∶1∶1配比、总用量为300 g/t作为复合助滤剂进行过滤,可降低滤饼水分0.94个百分点。研究结果对同类矿山提高过滤机过滤效率具有参考意义。As the particle size of iron concentrate in a concentrator in Anhui is getting finer and finer,a large number of fine-grained minerals in the pulp are easy to plug the pores of the filter plate in the filtration process,which increases the filtration difficulty.A self-made ceramic plate vacuum filtration device is used to study the effect of the filter aid on the moisture of the filter cake in laboratory test.A variety of self made filter aids are tested,finally selected that KY1,diatomite,and sodium tripolyphosphate mixed at a ratio of 6∶1∶1,and the total amount is 300 g/t as a composite filter aid for filtration,which could reduce the moisture of the filter cake by 0.94 percentage points.The research results can provide reference for improving the filtration efficiency of filters in similar mines.
