摘 要:国外某微细粒嵌布的金矿样金品位为3.50 g/t,金主要以自然金、银金矿的形式存在。为更好地利用矿产资源,提高金矿物的回收率,在矿石性质研究的基础上,制定了浮选—浸出综合回收方案。结果表明,在给料细度为-0.074 mm占85%条件下,以硫酸铜为活化剂、ZJ-1为捕收剂,经1粗2精2扫闭路试验,获得的浮选精矿金品位为86.95 g/t,回收率为91.15%。浮选尾矿直接氰化可进一步回收4.43%的金,浮选—浸出联合工艺金的总回收率可高达95.58%,经济效益显著。The gold grade of a fine-grained disseminated gold ore sample abroad is 3.50 g/t,and gold mainly exists in the form of natural gold and electrum.In order to make better use of mineral resources and improve the recovery rate of gold minerals,a comprehensive recovery scheme of flotation-leaching is developed based on the study of ore properties.The results show that under the condition of feeding fineness of 85%-0.074 mm,with copper sulfate as activator and ZJ-1 as collector,the flotation concentrate with gold grade of 86.95 g/t and recovery of 91.15%was obtained by one roughing,two cleaning and two scavenging closed-circuit test.The cyanidation of flotation tailings can further recover 4.43%of gold,and the total recovery rate of gold in the flotation-leaching combined process can be as high as 95.58%,with remarkable economic benefits.
