摘  要:某磁铁矿山采用阶段磨矿阶段磁选工艺回收磁铁矿后,磁选尾矿进入浮选回收铜、硫。近年来,由于井下采出原矿中锌品位提高导致铁精矿产品中锌含量超标,严重影响铁精矿产品的质量及销售。针对铁精矿中锌含量高的问题,进行了提质降锌的工艺改造。根据矿石性质,使用选厂现有浮选药剂,并结合淘洗机灵活组织生产,将三段磁选精矿或淘洗机精矿进行1次开路反浮选,获得的铁精矿回收率达到97.78%,锌品位从0.115%降至0.073%,使得产品满足质量要求和冶炼要求。After a magnetite mine adopts the stage grinding stage magnetic separation process to recover magnetite,the tailings of magnetic separation enter the flotation process to recover copper and sulfur.In recent years,the content of zinc in iron concentrate products exceeds the standard due to the enrichment of zinc in the raw ore underground,which seriously affects the quality and sales of iron concentrate products.In view of the problem of high zinc content in iron concentrate,an industrial transformation for quality improvement and zinc reduction was carried out in a concentrator.According to the properties of the ore,using the existing flotation reagent in the concentrator and combining with the washing machine to organize the production flexibly,the three-stage magnetic separation concentrate or washing machine concentrate is subjected to one open-circuit reverse flotation,iron concentrate with iron recovery of 97.78%is obtained,zinc grade is from 0.115%to 0.073%,so that the product can meet the quality requirements and smelting requirements.
