摘 要:煤矿井下主通风机故障发生率较高,为此设计了一套主通风机状态监测与故障预警系统。该系统主要由传感器与数据采集芯片2个硬件模块组成,共包含登录、参数设置、信号分析、故障诊断与预警等功能,在硬件模块与各功能相互配合下,共同对主通风机运行状态予以监测,及时发现故障问题,并向相关工作人员发出警告,以此降低主通风机故障对井下作业效率的影响与作业人员生命安全的危害。通过应用分析可以发现,相对于传统矿井主通风机状态检测系统,该系统故障检测准确率由86.4%提升到94%,具有一定应用价值。The failure rate of main ventilator in underground coal mine is high,so a condition monitoring and fault warning system of main ventilator is designed.The system is mainly composed of two hardware modules,sensor and data acquisition chip,including login,parameter setting,signal analysis,fault diagnosis and early warning and other functions.With the cooperation of the hardware module and various functions,the operation status of the main ventilator is monitored,faults are found in time,and warnings are issued to relevant staff.In this way,the influence of the fault of the main ventilator on the efficiency of underground operation and the harm to the life safety of the operator can be reduced.Through application analysis,it can be found that compared with the traditional mine main fan status detection system,the fault detection accuracy of the system is increased from 86.4%to 94%,which has certain application value.
