摘　　要：安徽某铁矿现有6台陶瓷过滤机用于铁精矿脱水,其使用年限较长,且安装使用时控制系统自动化水平不高,陶瓷过滤机开启、清洗、配酸、停用仍需人工现场操作,不能远程控制。对其控制系统进行了优化升级,根据工艺生产需要设计1套PLC自动控制系统,并通过上位机画面进行实时监控和远程控制,实现了一键智能控制,减少了人员工作强度。There are six ceramic filters in an iron mine in Anhui Province,which are used for dehydration of iron concentrate.The service life is long,and the automation level of the control system is low when it is installed and used.The opening,cleaning,acid distribution and deactivation of the ceramic filter still need manual on-site operation and cannot be remotely controlled.Now the control system is optimized and upgraded.According to the needs of process production,a set of PLC automatic control system is designed,and real-time monitoring and remote control are carried out through the upper computer screen to realize one-button intelligent control and reduce the work intensity of personnel.
