摘 要:对安徽某企业现有“双闪”铜冶炼系统粒化水样品进行沉降试验,以熟石灰作为絮凝剂及pH值调控剂,在pH=11.88、温度为45℃的条件下,集体颗粒沉降速度为0.71 mm/s,沉降30 min后上清液浊度小于50 NTU,沉降溢流回用水质量能满足粒化水循环系统的稳定运行要求。以沉降试验结果为依据,进行浓缩机面积计算,得出在新建项目粒化水用量为1 400 t/h时,选用φ28 m浓缩机,可以保证溢流水不跑浑。研究结果可以为新建项目的粒化水循环系统浓缩机优化选型提供依据。The sedimentation test is carried out on the granulated water sample of the existing'double flash'copper smelting system of an enterprise in Anhui Province.Using slaked limeas flocculant and pH value regulator,under the conditions of pH=11.88 and temperature of 45℃,the sedimentation rate of the collective particles is 0.71 mm/s,and the turbidity of the supernatant is less than 50 NTU after 30 minutes of sedimentation.The quality of the reclaimed water for sedimentation overflow can meet the stable operation requirements of the granulated water circulation system.Based on the results of the settlement test,the area of the thickener is calculated.It is concluded that when the granulation water consumption of the new project is 1400 t/h,ϕ28m thickener is selected to ensure that the overflow water does not run muddy.The research results can provide a basis for the optimal selection of the concentrator of the granulation water circulation system in the new project.
